Tekyol Plus was the main contractor for infrastructure and landscaping works with an contract value of USD 40.000.000. Eczacıbaşı Ormanada project is located on 220 acres in Zekeriyaköy, Istanbul. All excavation and filling works, infrastructure lines (rainwater, waste water, surface water) and connections, roads and hard landscaping works, as well as all reinforced concrete retaining walls and wall coverings were completed by Tekyol Plus. All electrical and mechanical installation works within the scope of infrastructure works are also undertaken by Tekyol Plus.
