Tekyol Plus, as the main contractor has completed the construction of 29.200m² of closed area on a lump sum turnkey basis. The housing project includes 285 apartments ranging from 36m² to 183m², as well as a swimming pool, recreation areas, sauna and fitness room, tennis and basketball courts and outdoor and indoor car parks. Siesta Blue has LEED Green building certificate.
